TableCraft Events is a boutique private-chef and in-home dining service created by Jeff and Meredeth, lifelong hospitality professionals with a passion for modern, chef-driven cuisine. We design refined, seasonal, and regionally inspired menus—from contemporary tasting menus to intimate multi-course dinners and one-of-a-kind celebrations—crafted directly in your home or private venue anywhere in the Black Hills.
While intimate dining is at the heart of what we do, TableCraft Events extends well beyond the kitchen. We bring deep experience in event design, planning, and production, having helped create gatherings ranging from private dinners for two to large-scale, multi-day events involving hundreds or even thousands of guests. Our role is not volume catering, but thoughtful orchestration—shaping the culinary vision while coordinating the broader experience.
Every event is fully customized. We work closely with you to design an experience that fits the occasion, offering menu development, wine-pairing guidance, cocktail curation, and hands-on coordination across vendors, rentals, entertainment, and guest logistics when needed. Our approach blends elevated cooking with warm, personal service and disciplined event execution, bringing boutique luxury and restaurant-level detail to both intimate tables and complex, high-touch events.
